If it's God Plan, It won't Fail

God has given you an idea and a dream so Now you have to be obedient in fulfilling His wishes. A Lot of times, these dreams tend to be BIG ideas and we think we are too little to step up to the challenge! We compare ourselves to others saying, "Wow, that person is really good/successful!" We must stop comparing ourselves to others and start depending on God! Sometimes things will not go as planned but God does things in a particular order so you can give him the Glory and second, so you can have increased faith! So no matter what your dreams are, trust in The Lord and be obedient because If it's God's Plan, Then it will not Fail!

Step Back and Sit Down!

My wife has been worried about when I would cook us some of those delicious fluffy pancakes. She tried to take matters in her own hands in cooking them herself. They turned out okay but she still wasn't satisfied. She keep trying but could not cook them the way I usually cook them. I would try to step in but she wanted to do them on her own because some mornings, that's just want she wanted at the time. So I would step back and wait for her to finally give up before I stepped in. It wasn't only till she let it go that I decided to cook some of those thick fluffy pancakes for her birthday. I cooked so much that there was left overs for the next day. She was happy that I finally came through even though I knew I would cook them for her birthday.

God is awesome! He will always come through! Sometimes God has to step back and sit down and wait for you to stop doing and trusting in other people and things before He steps in. He realizes that you will not be thankful nor will you give Him the praise. So when you finally give up and step back and take a seat, God will stand up and say, "Now let me show you how much I love you!" If you are struggling with something or someone, just Step back and Take A Seat and Let God just work it out for you!

I DREAM

When pastors preach, When professors teach, When speakers speak, I dream! I dream! I dream about how He could change the world through the voice I speak. Through the windows I see, I breathe, I dream! Visions become overwhelming. And I black out into this perfect me that God wants me to be. But I don't believe I can.

I mean, I want to but they may laugh. They may joke. They may say I'm not so but I dream! I get nervous when it's my time. Birds in my gut but my rib cage is cut. Afraid of mindset fear that I could never be what this dream ask of me! I compare myself to the greats! I get weary of my successors. How can run with the dinosaurs when I was only born an ant.

I dream that I can be great! I dream that I can inspire! I dream that I can bring smiles and laughter but I worry and drown myself in fear! The fear that I created that turns me away from purpose! That turns me away from His voice because I've taught it to embrace fear instead of embracing faith!

I dream!

I dream that greatness is upon me not because of who I am nor my title but because of His Resume! White can be orange and grass can be bread and ants can be dinosaurs. All because of the thought of who He is!

I dream.

I dream I can be the best Speaker, dancer, nurse, photographer, social worker, dad, lawyer, instructor, teacher, spouse, leader, or worshiper! Why God do you give me these big ideas and missions? Why do you stress the impossibilities? I ask God why...

"I sat on my thrown knowing what had to be done. It was within me to do and apart of me to fulfill. I don't know the meaning of fear and failure isn't apart of my vocabulary. Don't Mistake Fear for Pain because pain was before me! Risk is what I took and faith is what I used! If you want to really know what you ask then stop your dreaming, for you have dreamt a great deal and start loving! After you do that, then turn your love into action! I'm only tell you what is true because, I Dream!"

A New Journey Begins

Today is the New Year and it's time to let go of the past! 2012 was a productive year but it also had some bad memories that come along with it! I know it's hard to forgive and let go of the past but you must in order to move forward. When bad things happen or people do you wrong it's hard channel that energy into a positive force. Sometimes your soul feels dark and lonely and the easiest thing to do is to quit on life. Removing yourself from life will only make you regret your decisions when you awake.

Let go of the people who did you wrong and forgive them for their mistakes. Let go of the people who didn't support you. Let go of the spouse that didn't meet your expectations. Let go of the child who stressed you out. Let go of that boss who does not care. Let go of worrying about bills. Let go of the stress in your life! Let Go of 2012 and forgive so that YOU can be productive in 2013. Don't carry new baggage into this year. Let it GO!

It's time to start on a new Journey! We all have dreams and Ideas and this is the year to stop talking about them, and start taking action. It's time for you to get your gear together and start your new journey. I don't care how cold it gets or how long it takes, you need to get up off you bottom and Start something. Start that dream! Start that Idea! Follow you Heart! It's time for you to start YOUR JOURNEY! You may not know how long it will take nor will you see the end. But the only thing you need to know is that God sees the end. If your on God's path, He will Get you there!

Let Go of the past so you can move on with the Future. Make the rest of your life, The Best of your Life!

The Best Birthday Ever!

~The older you get the less important birthdays become! I remember all of the exciting birthdays I've had. I remember the surpise parties and how people used to smash cakes in my face! I've had some good birthdays in my day but the older I got, the more they started turning into cold cheeseburgers!

Even though my recent birthdays started free falling from chairs, this year was the Best Birthday Ever! I love being married to my wife! I love marriage! She as tried so many times to make my birthdays special. Even though she failed numerous of times, she finally reached success with my 29th birthday!

Courtney was able to put together my favorite foods along with my favorite style and my best childhood dessert of all times! I remember walking in the house and she was standing there ready to take my order! I didn't know what was in the kitchen but she was perfect! On that day, I looked her in the eyes and said, "This is the Best Birthday Ever!"

The reason why it was the best was because Courtney had a motive! She had a desire to make sure she would own the title of the Best Birthday Ever! She messed up plenty of times. She failed over and over again! But She didn't give up! She kept pushing! She kept doing her research! She pushed through the tough times. She told herself she could do it and she will do it! She had Faith! She started acting like it was going to be the best and it was.

If you ever want to succeed in life, you have to fail! When you fail over and over again, you somehow assume responsibility for your failures and learn from them. Don't give up! Tell yourself you can do it! No matter what, Push through and make it "The Best Birthday Ever!"~

Questions that will BLOW YOUR MIND

And you say there is no such thing as a God! I want to ask you some questions that will get you thinking! After you ask yourself these questions you will get so excited to where you just may throw something! Just be careful and don't harm anyone around you! Just throw some cotton or something! So here we go!

Look at this sunset! Why is the sun called the sun? Why is Jesus called the son! But yet again, why are they both called the bright light? Why is it that if you look into the sun for so long you will go blind? Why is it the same with Jesus's light? Who is God? Okay, if God created Angles & Jesus and Jesus created every living thing on all the earths, then who created God? Where did God come from? What in the world has God been doing before he even Created Angles?

Before all the worlds and universes were created what was He doing? What else did God Create that we don't know about? Could God have some Secrets that will be good surprises to us? When can We see God? Can we chill with Him? Do you want to see Him play Piano? Maybe Golf? Or just see Him swim? Do you wonder how well he can Cook? Is His ways similar to ours? We Love, so does He? Does He Love Me? Why did Jesus Die for us instead of just staying in Heaven? What pushes Him to love us so much even though we don't care about Him?

Is there a Heaven? Will the Streets be Gold? Is God Building mansions for us right now? Do you mean to tell me we will be able to Fly? Are you Serious? So Wait! You mean to tell me we will be LIVING FORVER? So we will never die? People die all the time so We WILL NEVER DIE? We will live for Eternity? Is this a Joke? Okay, since it's not a joke Why do we act like this isn't Real? Why is it that people don't believe?

Why do we act like we don't care about our life beyond this life? Why are we so separated in Religion? Why are their so many viewpoints? Is there one God? Why do we take the chance in being evil versus being good? Do you believe in God? Do you believe in Heaven? Will you be going to Heaven? Who do you want to be there? Will you get as many people as you can to go? Do you wanna Go? Do I? Shoot! I Do...

Hot Wings

Let us Spice things up today! I want to share my favorite food in the whole wide world! "Hot Wings!" I don't know if it's just me or a man thing but I love me some "Hot Wings!" When I'm stressed or having a bad day, I know this will do the trick! I spent years trying to make my own sauce for my wings because I was inspired by a great guy called BROTHER BYRD! He sure could cook some wings! I've been trying to catch up to him every since!

Some people ask for me to give out my recipe but not until I perfect it, or maybe never! (Smile) I've worked in restaurants where I've learned some valuable tricks in cooking wings so I'm growing everyday in the kitchen! I am not a cook by all means besides cooking Hot Pockets, in which I am a beast, I can't do too much of anything else! I try to cook a dish every blue moon but I really likes to leave that up to the wife!

My favorite wings to cook are hot wings, lemon pepper hot, Jamaican jerk hot, and honey BBQ! If you ever want to show your gratitude to me and you see me in public just throw a hot wing at me and I will be grateful because I LOVE "HOT WINGS !" Well, don't through a real one cuz I would just hold my hands up in the are like, "REALLY!"

What is Your Motive?

This is my Niece, Payton Aubrey Jackson weighted in at 7lbs. 11oz.

~No matter how tough you are or what part of town your from, this picture will soften your heart and make you smile! She is precious and beautiful. It's amazing that we all start as a child, amazingly created to where evoulution can't explain the how's, when's, why's, and if's. We has humans have the ability to create something beautiful and divine. Me and my wife go back and forth about having kids but change our ideas based of what others say! Some say don't have any because your life will end and you will be depressed and miserable the rest of your life. Some say, have them early so you can enjoy the later parts of your life. Some of my church friends state that we should enjoy our lives and have them late because Jesus may come before we try to have one.

Their is a small percentage of people who states they enjoy having kids and it's the best thing ever! Their are a few children that you see and wish they were your child! On the other hand, their are others who look and act crazy to where you don't want to think of creating one. Even though me and my wife have been married almost 3 years, we say that we wanted to wait at least 5 years so we can get education out of the way and jump started into our careers.

This is one of MY MOTIVES in fulfilling my dreams. I am what I am, and I do what I do because I want my kids to know that dreams come true! I want to Draw their desire from within and be the example of success! I don't want to tell my children someday that I wish I could or should have! I want to look them in the eyes and let them know that their "Old Man" is following his dreams and living them in the present. And when they look at me and say, "Why!" or "What pushed me!" I can look them back in the eyes and say, "You did!"

In order to be successful, you need motives in your life to push you! If you have no motives their will be nothing in your life but darkness on horrible days. You need to find out your motives which are your whys! Why do you want to be successful? Are you doing it to be selfish or are you trying to help someone in need! We all were created to serve and we need to tap into our motives so we can help others in need. I say this because a lot of things we REALLY want to do invovles helping someone. We ALL want to help people no matter how good or bad you may be. It's funny, because we get that from the creator! Find out what your Motive is so you can reach your full potential! This way in the later part of life, you won't have to ponder on the "I should have done" or "I could have done!"~

Color Wheels of Life

~I am in love with the colors of God's beauty! My inner soul enjoys the silence and calmness of nature that relieves the mind from distractions. I can hear nothing but silent wind blowing and still waters of joy creating peace within its reach. I imagine walking along the sidewalk amazed in the color wheels of life as if I stepped in God's photo album and took a look around. Looking back at Him smiling while He signals for me to explore His new art exhibit.

This lovely pictures stimulates our abilities in a spiritual way, notifying our brains that their is more to life than what society feeds us. You may not admit it, but we all have a desire for something greater.
